01.Operator and availability
Resume Studio is operated by Yang Yaohui, an individual seller trading as Vowscent. Contact vowscent@163.com. This studio is currently in preview: checkout and new orders are disabled. The following terms describe the intended workflow when orders open.
02.What we collect
When ordering is enabled we collect a delivery email, your resume text, target role and job description, your consent, order metadata and generated files. Inputs are private and are not published in our portfolio or used to train our own models. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without permission.
03.Processing providers
An enabled text provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini, shown before purchase) processes the resume and job description to produce a rewrite.
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private storage. The configured payment processor handles checkout, and the configured email service sends the private delivery link. Providers have their own retention terms and processing locations; international transfers may occur. We do not send brand-site browsing events to AI providers.
04.Retention, access and deletion
Uploads and results are kept in a private gallery for 30 days from order creation when the service is enabled. Private email links last seven days; download links last five minutes. You may delete files from the order page. Minimal financial records may remain for legal obligations. Deletion from our systems does not guarantee immediate deletion from providers’ systems.
First-party usage events contain no resume text, photo data, email, order number, full URL or persistent visitor ID. Optional page events honor Do Not Track. Reports cover up to 90 days; automatic retention cleanup has not been enabled for this pre-launch showcase.
05.Your choices and contact
The service is for adults aged 18+. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing vowscent@163.com; we aim to respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal data. We may update this policy as the service changes.
